Any promotions described or posted on this Site shall be governed by the rules regulating such event.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

PRIVACY

We take great precautions to keep the information you share with us safe and private. We will not sell or give your personal information to other marketers without your express consent. However, from time to time, we would like your permission to send you sneak previews of new products, or personalized offers or tips. You will be receiving these offers or tips only if you choose to opt-in to these services. We also may ask for comments on how to improve our products or programs. In order to do so, your information may be securely shared with our company, who performs these services.

SHIPPING

If a customer fails to select the proper shipping method with the appropriate shipping rate, the ACTS Store reserves all rights to contact the customer to collect necessary payment, to allow the proper shipping method. If the customer refuses to pay the necessary amount needed to fulfill their shipment, a refund of the ordered items will be issued, voiding the online order.

If a customer chooses to add to their existing web order, they can do so by calling our store at 210-525-9360. However, at the time of product addition, the customer must give their credit card information over the phone, seeing as it will be considered a separate transaction.

Credit card information given online is transmitted through, but is not stored.


FedEx Ground and Home Delivery

FedEx does NOT ship to PO Boxes, so a physical address is needed.

All online orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 PM CDT, will be shipped the SAME business day. Weekend orders (including Overnight and 2-Day), and orders placed after the above deadline, will be shipped the next business day. A "business day" is Monday through Friday. FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery delivers in 1-5 days, depending on the destination.

Shipping dates start counting from the date the order has been shipped, which is not always the same day an order has been placed. Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the customer with a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to update.

FedEx Standard Overnight

Delivery by 3 p.m. the next "business day" to most areas, 4:30 p.m. to rural areas, and by 8 p.m. to residences. Available throughout all 50 states (except certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii).


FedEx 2-Day

Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas, by 8 p.m. to residences. Available throughout all 50 states.

TAX
Sales tax is charged on orders at the local Texas State tax rate.

RETURN POLICY

All Sales are FINAL. No refunds-exchanges only. If an item is returned for an exchange, the customer will be held responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, unless there was a shipping error in part of the ACTS Store. Exchanges will only be made within 30 days of the shipped date. Store credit will be issued if the customer does not make an exchange at the time of return. All Clearance items are a FINAL SALE.

If the product is returned for an exchange, and it is not in its original condition (damaged, stained etc), the ACTS Store will deduct a 15% fee from the original exchange amount. If any product has been customized or altered in any way, our return policy is VOID, and the sale will be considered final.

We suggest that if you are using our packing material to return the item, that you double-check that it is closed securely. This is especially important for items that we initially shipped in a padded envelope. The self-sealing glue is only meant to be used once, so make sure that you tape down the flap, as well as around the package.
