Is ACTS copyrighted and trademarked?
ACTS®, ACTS MISSIONS®, ACTS & design®, and A.C.T.S. ADORATION COMMUNITY THEOLOGY SERVICE & design® are registered trademarks of ACTS Missions. The Archdiocese of San Antonio jointly owns the ACTS® trademark registration and has charged ACTS Missions with maintaining the integrity of the ACTS® registered trademark and the ACTS Retreat process. Changes to the ACTS Retreat format are not permitted. If changes are made without express written consent from ACTS Missions, then the name “ACTS” may not be used in the title, description, or publication of the retreat, and all copyrighted materials must be returned to ACTS Missions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. USPS and UPS do not have guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-7 business days for domestic orders.

Why are some items that were visible on the web store not visible anymore?
If an item is no longer in stock with us, it will become non-visible on our web store. As soon as we restock the item, it will reappear and become available online again.
Are items discounted if they are bought in bulk?
Some of the items we sell in the store are discounted if sold in bulk. We price our items below retail, so that all items are cost effective.
Can our church be invoiced for retreat supplies?
With the permission of the church, as well as a copy of their tax exemption form, retreat supplies can be invoiced to your church. At the time of purchase, a receipt and an invoice will be processed and given to the purchaser. Payment must be made in full to send/receive merchandise.
What items can be tax exempt?
Items, such as pamphlets, lanyards, post-retreat books, swivels, educational materials, and badge holders are tax exempt.
