Shipping Information

UPS Ground and Home Delivery

  • UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes, so a physical address is needed
  • All online orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:30 PM CDT will be shipped the SAME business day
  • Weekend orders (including Overnight and 2-Day) and orders placed after the above deadline will be shipped the next business day
  • A "business day" is Monday through Friday
  • UPS Ground and UPS Home Delivery delivers in 1-5 days, depending on the destination
  • Shipping dates start counting from the date the order has been shipped
  • Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number
  • Please allow 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to update

Adding Items to Existing Orders

If you want to add items to your existing web order, you can call our store at 210-756-5493 ext.324. At the time of product addition, you must give your credit card information over the phone, as it will be considered a separate transaction.


Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales are FINAL. No refunds—exchanges only.

  • Exchanges will only be made within 30 days of the purchased date
  • Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, unless there was a shipping error by the ACTS Store
  • Store credit will be issued if you do not make an exchange at the time of return
  • All Clearance items are FINAL SALE
  • All purchases made using discounts and promo codes are FINAL SALE

Return Conditions

  • If a product is returned for exchange and is not in its original condition (damaged, stained, etc.), the ACTS Store will deduct a 15% fee from the original exchange amount
  • If any product has been customized or altered in any way, our return policy is VOID and the sale will be considered final

Return Shipping Tips

We suggest that if you are using our packing material to return the item, double-check that it is closed securely. This is especially important for items we initially shipped in a padded envelope. The self-sealing glue is only meant to be used once, so make sure you tape down the flap and around the package.

Pricing & Payment

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on orders at the local Texas State tax rate.

Color Accuracy

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Credit Card Security

Credit card information given online is transmitted through secure channels but is not stored on our systems.

Shipping Payment

If you fail to select the proper shipping method with the appropriate shipping rate, the ACTS Store reserves the right to contact you to collect necessary payment for the proper shipping method. If you refuse to pay the necessary amount needed to fulfill your shipment, a store credit of the ordered items will be issued, voiding the online order.


Privacy & Communications

We take great precautions to keep the information you share with us safe and private. We will not sell or give your personal information to other marketers without your express consent. However, from time to time, we would like your permission to send you sneak previews of new products, personalized offers, or tips. You will receive these offers or tips only if you choose to opt-in to these services.

You agree that the ACTS Store may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this site, about any of the ACTS Store's products or services, or for such other purposes as the ACTS Store deems appropriate.
